Configuring SAML for 15five

This article is an add-on to our SAML configuration guide, supplementing the process described there with specific details and additional information unique to configuring SAML for the 15five SAML 2.0 app connector in OneLogin's app catalog.

Prerequisites

  • Administrative access to enable SAML in 15five; you should follow the 15five SAML process described there in conjunction with your OneLogin setup, as you will be exchanging some details between your accounts during the configuration
  • If you intend to configure both SAML and provisioning for 15five, you must enable provisioning first before completing your SAML configuration.

Configuration

Subdomain

Enter your 15five subdomain. Usually, this subdomain will be my. If you have a custom subdomain with 15Five, replace my in the URL with your specific subdomain.

SCIM Base URL

The SCIM 2.0 Base URL found on this page (typically https://my.15five.com/scim/v2)

Ensure that you to remove the trailing slash.

SCIM Bearer Token

The Access Token found in your 15five account:

  1. Go to Settings > Features > Integrations.
  2. Click Enable to the right of the SCIM 2.0 option.
  3. Generate an Access Token.

After completing the configuration fields, click Enable to check that your credentials were verified successfully. The API Status indicator will change to a green Enabled if the credentials were verified successfully.
