Thank you for choosing OneLogin! We are excited to have you onboard and have created this guide to help you self-implement the OneLogin platform. To ensure that you have a successful and smooth implementation, please follow our recommended process in full.

Part 1: Choose How Users Are Created

There are several methods you can use to add users to OneLogin. Whether your user records are already in an existing directory, or whether they're all stored in a single spreadsheet, there’s a method to seamlessly transition them into OneLogin.

Part 2: Ensure Users can Log on Securely

Once you have your users in place you need to make sure that they can log in securely. Because your users will be using OneLogin to access your company apps, it's important to plan out your authentication process carefully with the multiple security options offered.

Part 3: Add Apps

Now that you have users and they can log in securely, they need to be able to log in to their applications. OneLogin offers thousands of app connectors for your organization and makes setting them up simple.

Part 4: Automate as Much as Possible

With your users, apps, and policies in place, it’s time to streamline. You can automatically assign users to a user policy and/or to any number of apps they need to do their job, making your onboarding and offboarding seamless.

Part 5: Explore Additional Features

There are a variety of additional tools to make the most of your OneLogin tenant, such as an event viewer and reporting, which offer a wealth of information about your organization’s activity.
