Matching Users

You may have users in an application with usernames other than those OneLogin uses by default. When this occurs, an Unmatched Users filter is available in the Users page of the application's connector in your OneLogin portal.

If the option to view and manage unmatched users does not appear, there are no unmatched users currently associated with this application.

Selecting an unmatched user will bring up the Resolve Unmatched User pane, where you can choose to either Match the User in the application with an existing user in OneLogin, Create a New User in OneLogin to be matched to the unmatched app user, or Delete the User entirely.

Depending on the admin approval settings configured in the app's Provisioning page, the task may require manual approval in Users > Provisioning before completion.
