Customizing Error Messages

OneLogin allows you to customize the message your users see when they try to access an app they aren't authorized for.
  1. Log into the OneLogin admin profile.
  2. Go to Settings > Branding.
  3. Select Support from the menu on the left.
  4. Under Custom error message (below Help options), select Edit to open the Error Message dialogue and edit the content of that message.Screenshot showing the Custom error message section of the Support page.
  5. Select Save to save your custom message.
  6. If you would like to preview your custom message as your users will see it, select preview.
  7. Select Save on the Branding page to apply your changes.
Note: Although the custom default message included <br/> tags, custom error messages do not currently support HTML.
