Configuring SAML for Zoho 

Setting up OneLogin

  1. Login to OneLogin
  2. Click "Find Apps", and search for 'Zoho' and click 'Add'
  3. Under "Authentication Method", choose "SAML"
  4. In 'Account', insert your account name, e.g. 'mycompany'.
  5. Select the appropriate roles.
  6. Click Update.
  7. Copy the SAML Login URL using the clipboard icon next to "SAML Login URL".
  8. Click 'Security' in the top menu, then click 'SAML'.
  9. Click the download link below the certificate, to download your SAML certificate.

Setting up Zoho

  1. Login into your Zoho account as an administrator
  2. Click "Control Panel" in the top menu.
  3.  In the left menu, click "SAML Authentication"
  4. Click "Edit" in the top right corner (edit link won't appear when you first set up SAML)
  5. In the field "Login URL", insert the SAML Login URL copied in step 8 above.
  6. In the field "Logout URL", insert "https://app.onelogin.com/client/apps".
  7. In the field "Change Password URL", insert "https://app.onelogin.com/password"
  8. Next to the field "PublicKey", click "Get key from file", and upload the certificate file downloaded in the step 10 above.
  9. Click 'OK'.

To test, click "Sign out" in Zoho, go to OneLogin and select the Zoho application from your dashboard.
