OneLogin Desktop

OneLogin Desktop and Desktop Pro allows users to easily access web applications without the need for numerous passwords.

If you use OneLogin Desktop Pro, you can log in to your laptop or desktop machine with your OneLogin credentials; you can access your machine and apps with one password.

Desktop Tray Application

The OneLogin Desktop Tray Application provides you with quick access to OneLogin without opening a web browser. Click on the menu options to go to your OneLogin Portal, change your password, or access help pages.

When you select the OneLogin Portal menu option, the default web browser opens and initiates the login sequence. A prompt to accept a certificate may appear. If you see the prompt, simply click on continue and the login sequence continues.

For Macs, the following certificate prompt may appear:

If your admin requires an additional MFA factor when you log in to the OneLogin Portal, then you’re prompted to provide an MFA credential: OneLogin Protect, Google Authenticator, Duo Authentication, etc.

Change Password

To change your account password, click on the Change Password menu option and the default browser opens and initiates access to your Profile page. If you have an active session open on your browser, you will see the password change dialog open with fields for Current and New Password.

If Change Password doesn’t appear in the menu, then your admin hasn’t enabled the self-service password reset. Contact your admin for more information.
